7. Account Suspension and Closure
getjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any registered account where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other registered members. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the member will be notified through their registered email address and the support team will work to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. If an investigation concludes that a serious breach has occurred, the account may be permanently closed and any funds associated with fraudulent or bonus-abusing activity may be forfeited, with the remainder of any legitimate balance returned to the player through a verified payment method at getjili's discretion.
